Event Details

The Friends of Cos Cob Library present Ms. Janeen Bjork who, using universal genealogical tools will present a biography of "James Betelle, the Fascinating Man Who Designed the Cos Cob School." Come and learn the story of the man who was the architect of the Cos Cob School and was also the architect of Greenwich High School, now Town Hall, and the Glenville School which is now the Western Greenwich Civic Center.  Whether you're new to Town or a lifelong resident the story of this man's influence on Greenwich will amaze you and you will pick up genealogical methods for your own research.    

Light refreshments will be available and all are welcome.
