We welcome you to a chair yoga class with Brigit Moynihan, who offers a simple seated practice that is focused on breathing and linking the movements to your breath.
As in all forms of yoga, this link provides you with greater lung capacity, freedom in range of motion, strength, and vitality. Yoga practice results in reduced stress and improved well being in body, mind, and spirit.
Brigit Moynihan has been a student of
yoga since 1991 and has been teaching
yoga since 2000. She has had students of
all ages, from 6 weeks to 97 years old.
Brigit has experienced yoga’s many
benefits and views the practice as a life
long journey and a gift. She has also
witnessed this practice benefit everyone
who chooses to embrace it, at whatever
level they can. Brigit communicates her
passion for yoga with clarity compassion
and joy. She offers her students a pathway
to greater health and well being in a fun
and engaging atmosphere.
