FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 8-12 ONLY. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
In his introduction to the 60th Anniversary Edition of Fahrenheit 451, Neil Gaiman writes: "There are three phrases that make possible the world of writing about the world of not-yet…What if…? If only… If this goes on…” This creative writing workshop will focus on "If this goes on…” We'll use our imaginations to extrapolate current political ideas and technology trends into the future and writing a short story or novel beginning based on what we come up with. Let your creativity flow with Greenwich author Sarah Darer Littman, author of 17 middle-grade and young adult novels, and president of Greenwich Pen Women.
Students are asked to bring their own laptops. Those who do not have one will be provided with one.
