Meditation and mindfulness bring both short-term and long-lasting benefits into all aspects of our lives. Turning inward allows us to connect better, focus more clearly, and express a greater sense of gratitude. 

Join Zach Redler for an hour each week to learn and discuss different meditation and mindfulness techniques that will hopefully allow for a greater sense of joy and spaciousness in your life. No experience necessary.
