LOCATION CHANGE: Please note, due to high demand, this program has been moved to the Cole Auditorium. 
Angst is an IndieFlix Original documentary film designed to raise awareness around anxiety. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, educators, experts, parents and a very special interview with Michael Phelps.

The goal of the film is to specifically help people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety and encourage them to reach out for help.  The film provides tools, resources and above all, hope.

Film is approximately 90 minutes long.  There will be a Q & A session after the film sponsored by the Anxiety Institute of Greenwich.  The Anxiety Institute provides specialized treatment for adolescent and young adults suffering with anxiety disorders, OCD and Trauma, along with issues often associated with anxiety including school refusal, perfectionism, procrastination, and insomnia.
