Mindfulness Meditation
Classes will consist of practicing increasing awareness through the practice of meditation so as to live in the present moment. Mindfulness was originally taught by the Buddha some 1700 years ago. The practice of Mindfulness has been made popular by the author and lecturer Jon Kabat-Zinn since his popular book "Wherever You Go, There You Are" was published in 1994. No previous experience necessary. Mr. Bandler has been practicing meditation for over 25 years and has taught at many hospitals and universities. This event is sponsored by Greenwich Library. No registration is required.
